Lymphoedema & Chronic Oedema Management Services

We provide specialised assessment and management of lymphoedema and chronic oedema for clients across the Sunshine Coast. Our mobile-based service delivers care directly in the home environment, supporting individuals with complex and chronic oedema conditions.

Specialist Clinical Team

Our team includes experienced therapists and lymphatic massage therapists, with two clinicians holding advanced lymphoedema practitioner qualifications. We have extensive experience in the assessment and management of complex oedema presentations in upper and lower limbs, head and neck, abdominal and genital oedema.

We support a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Secondary lymphoedema (including post-surgical and cancer-related presentations)

  • Compression therapy prescription, fitting, and review (day and night garments)
  • Manual lymphatic drainage
  • Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (SIPC) therapy
  • Skin integrity management, education, and infection prevention strategies
  • Functional rehabilitation to support mobility, independence, and participation in daily life
  • Ongoing review and modification of treatment programs in response to clinical change

Our approach integrates both symptom management and functional rehabilitation, ensuring care is tailored to the individual’s goals, environment, and level of independence.

Evidence supports early intervention and ongoing management in slowing progression, reducing flare-ups, and minimising hospital admissions. In addition to our lymphoedema services, we also offer a wide range of occupational therapy, disability physiotherapy and mobile physiotherapy services, including NDIS therapy, aged care therapy and arthritis physiotherapy.
