Our goal is to provide targeted, multidisciplinary services, including but not limited to Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Our team of highly experienced therapists provide assessment and intervention in clients’ homes or the community. We are passionate and driven to help individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence in their daily activities. Our in-home physiotherapy and occupational therapy programs are designed to focus on clients’ well-being and meet the unique needs of each individual. We spend time with our clients to develop the most suitable treatment plan, allowing for ongoing progression and review over time.

How do I access the NDIS?
We can help you apply for this funding by assisting you to complete an application form. You will need to complete an NDIS access request form which can be found at here.
We can assist you to fill out this form and will provide any letters required to further enhance your ability to gain funding.

Do you come to me?
Yes, we come to you. We are a mobile service and all of our therapist can come to your place of residence whether that be the home or residential aged care facility. We also conduct visits in the community. This may include shopping centres, schools, parks or sporting facilities.
How long are the appointments?
Generally an initial assessment will take about 60 minutes, but for certain assessments up to 90 minutes will be required. You will be advised if this is the case. Follow up sessions are 30 minutes, but may be up to 60 minutes in many cases.
How often will I need treatment?
This will depend on each individual and their needs. Some people will require treatment over a long period of time and others will only need treatment for a short period.
